Starpoint uses whole cone hops, premium malts, and time honored brewing techniques to craft the best beers for our customers. Citra Pale Ale
Citra Pale Ale is brewed with English Maris Otter, Canadian 2-row and a little Belgian Pilsner and German Melanoidin malt thrown in for good measure. Fresh Citra hops from Yakima are added 5 times during the boil and then the fermenter is dry hopped with more Citra hops for aroma. Fermented on the cool side for an ale, makes Citra Pale Ale crisp and full-bodied. 5.2% ABV 35 IBU

Hipster or Hobo? Pale Ale
Hop forward pale ale brewed with Maris otter, Canadian 2-row, German Vienna and Munich, and a tad of German Melanoidin malts. Hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, and Citra in the boil and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Smooth and tasty. 6.2% ABV 52 IBU

Surfin’ Buddha IPA India Pale Ale
Balanced and smooth, Surfin’ Buddha is not your typical IPA. Built on 5 malts and 4 hop varieties to maintain balance between the ingredients, this is an India Pale Ale for all beer lovers. 6.5% ABV

Mornin’ Wood DIPA Double India Pale Ale
Brewed with 5 malts and heavily hopped with 4 Yakima valley full cone hop varieties, Mornin' Wood DIPA is an earthy, piney, balanced, and full-flavored double India pale ale. 72 IBUs and 8.2% ABV

DUH! DIPA Double India Pale Ale
Wheat & Rye based Double IPA. We use the Wheat to give the hop oils something to hang onto. This is a very hoppy yet smooth beer that utilizes Columbus, Simcoe, & Centennial hops in the boil and then is double dry hopped on Amarillo first and then on Citra in a new brite tank. Fruity and dank with a smooth finish in spite of the 88 IBUs. 8% ABV

Instant Karma Porter
Brewed with American 2-row, Carafa Special Type 1, Vienna, Munich, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, and Torrified wheat, this is a malt monster. We use just enough Chinook hops in the boil to balance out the malt sweetness and then condition on American Oak for 3 weeks at least. 32 IBUs and 6.2% ABV

Whiskeytown Imperial Milk Stout
Brewed with a hefty heaping of Chocolate Wheat Malt, Milk Sugar and aged in Tennessee Whiskey Barrels, this bittersweet ale is thick and rich with flavors of chocolate, whiskey, and wood. Named in tribute of the amazing alternative country band Whiskeytown! 9.5% ABV.

74-75 Oktoberfest Lager
Märzen style lager Fest Bier. Brewed with Floor Malted Pilsner, 2-row, Vienna, Munich and a pinch of roasted barley malts along with Tettnang, Hallertau and Cascade hops, this is a clear, crisp, slightly caramel beer. I named this after the European hit song by Raleigh North Carolina's The Connells. Pröst!
